Food Expeditor

The primary role of the position is to support several departments to ensure food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently.  

In this role you will (but not limited to):

• Transporting food from kitchen to dining room to provide quality service
• Advising the kitchen of any special instructions for orders
• Organizes all food orders and includes condiments, accessories, etc. on the tray for pick-up
• Assists with the set-up of the dining areas and hors d’oeuvres set-up
• Cleans, refills, and restocks all dressings, serving silver, side plates, under lines, cheese graters, rolls, coffee beans, etc.
• Prepares cookie plates and herb toast baskets
• Assists co-workers with set-up and closing procedures  

Qualifications & Skills:
• Efficient and organized with the ability to pay attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments

Food & Beverage Server

The primary role of the position is to provide fast, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to our membership and guests.

In this role you will (but not limited to):

• Rearranges, wipes, and sets tables for dinner
• Sets up side stations and performs assigned side work; greets members
• Takes drink orders, serves cocktails and hors d’oeuvres; informs manager when guests are ready for menus
• Fills water glasses while guests decide upon ordering
• Answers questions and suggests menu items
• Takes food orders
• Enters orders into the POS system
• Serves meal as per proper protocols: from the left, places dishes by course in front of each person (ladies first)  

Qualifications & Skills:
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 15 pounds
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments

PM Line Cook

The primary role of the position is to follow the direction of the Executive Chef and/or the Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.  

In this role you will (but not limited to):
• Follow recipes for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and presenting meal items which may include meats, vegetables, soups, desserts, and other food and beverages
• Acquire the knowledge and skills to work all stations
• See that all food prepared is of consistently high quality, taste, follows menus, and consistent portions
• Follow all procedures regarding proper food storage and inventory of products to accurately plan production requirements
• Willingness to work well with other creative culinary minds
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations  

Qualifications & Skills:
• Three years of cooking experience in a similar environment
• Requires strong food knowledge pertaining to culinary technique, timing, palate, and presentation
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments

Executive Sous Chef (Full-Time) 

The primary role of this position is to advance procedures, standards, and culinary culture, assuring quality of products and services provided to members in all dining outlets.   

In this role you will (but not limited to):
• Work closely with Executive Chef to plan and cost out menus for all food and beverage outlets; advises on pricing.
• Develop menu concepts with the Food & Beverage Manager, and Special Events Director.
• Develop recipes and techniques for food presentations that help ensure consistent high quality and minimize food costs; exercise portion control over all items served.
• Work closely with executive chef to oversee the purchasing, receiving, and safeguarding of food inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Evaluate food products to ensure that quality standards are consistently attained.
• Encourage and mentor Culinary Staff to achieve excellence.
• Develop an employee culture that embraces new ideas for preparation, production, and service.
• Seek to find efficiencies in production and service.

Qualification & Skills:
• 3-5 years of Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment
• Classical culinary training preferred

Massage Therapist

The primary role of the position is to consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions and to assist with selecting appropriate services.

In this role you will (but not limited to):

• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
• Set up spa and workstations and ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift.
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
• Consult with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
• Maintain records and filing documentation.
• Provide massage services listed in brochure.
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Six months of Massage Therapist work experience – preferred experience in reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage a plus
• Ability to stand for a long period of time
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments

Assistant Food and Beverage Server

The primary role of the position is to provide fast, friendly, efficient food and beverage service to our membership and guests.

In this role you will (but not limited to):
• Run food and ensure cleanliness of dining rooms during service.
• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Attend pre-shift meetings.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the dining area and server station.
• Prepare water, breadbasket, and oil for tables 15 minutes prior to reservation and for any walk-in tables as soon as possible.
• Carry trays of food from the line to the dining room for the servers.
• Carry trays of dirty dishes from the dining room to the dishwashing area.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments

Pool Café Server

The primary role of the position is to provide food and beverage services to members and guests in a timely and orderly fashion.  

In this role you will (but not limited to):
• Take drink and food orders outside the snack bar area and serves items ordered
• Provide food and beverage service to the best quality in accordance with ACC preparation and service standards
• Consult with the Outlet Manager regarding information concerning events and other everyday situations
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas as well as outside the snack bar (walkways, tables, chairs, highchairs, garbage cans, counters, etc.)
• Complete sales chits with prices, account numbers and the totals - Reconcile and turn into the front desk

Qualifications & Skills:
• Able to tolerate outdoor climates; heat/sun etc.
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments

Bartender    

The primary role of the position is to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to our members and guests.  

In this role you will (but not limited to):
• Inspect the bar prior to opening the ensure that adequate supplies are available
• Maintain records of liquors, beers, wines, etc. to ensure stock is maintained at all times
• Maintain daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes
• Collect chits and enters billing information into ClubEssential computer system

Qualifications & Skills:
• Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stooping and/or wiping
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
